I. Availability & Inventory: We understand that the availability of certain items is restricted to the existing inventory and Broadcast Depot will not be held accountable for any typographical or photographic inaccuracies that may occur. We also understand that prices and specifications may change without prior notification.

II. Product Suitability: We understand that assessing the product's suitability for specific applications is ultimately our responsibility.

III. Returns Policy: We understand that if any product needs to be returned, we must contact your Customer Service Department within 30 days of the purchase. We further understand there may be limitations on return for special orders or non-inventory items, confirmed by a member of your sales team. We acknowledge that a restocking fee may apply and certain products may not be eligible for return at all.

IV. Warranty & Repairs: We understand that all manufacturer’s warranties apply to products purchased and necessary service or repair must be conducted at the stipulated factory repair centers.

V Limitation of Liability: We acknowledge that Broadcast Depot will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from the equipment supplied or issues related to deliveries. We also understand that Broadcast Depot cannot take responsibility for delays or mistakes caused by carriers, manufacturers or any other entities involved in your operations.

VI Trademarks: Finally, we recognize that the Broadcast Depot logo is a registered trademark of Broadcast Depot, Inc., and all other product names used throughout your website are trademarks of their respective owners.
