This version of the Yellowtec iXm reporter's microphone comes with a Premium Line omnidirectional head. The Premium Line is designed and manufactured by the renowned German microphone maker, Beyerdynamic. The head's mechanical architecture delivers maximum reduction of handling noise. The microphone's condenser diaphragms provide very fast transient response and high sensitivity. Note: Image shows iXm with Premium cardioid head. This electret condenser type head offers a wide natural frequency response. It is the best choice for interviews in quiet environments. Its shock mount isolation protects your recording efficiently from any handheld noise. The omnidirectional pattern picks up a balanced amount of ambience.
